sometimes technology really irritates the hell out of me. my stupid com has gone wonky and i cant update my ipod. luckily there is the laptop on standby.
Far East with Chewww yesterday. this time, she made me wait for a frigging half an hour. does anyone even any have concept of time at all in this day and age!?!?!?!?!?!?!
bought Maxine Ang's birthday present [which is for tomorrow] and Sian Tzu's birthday present [which is next mth]. have you ever noticed, that whenever you search and seach really hard for something, you can nvr seem to find it, but yet when you're not looking it just appears in front of you? life is complicated.
i cant imagine waiting for the last day of the yr every yr just to turn a yr older. poor Maxine Ang! i mean, i can barely wait for October to come, man.
anyway. i found a really GREAT SHOP! Mondo shoes for only $9.90!!!!! OMGGGGG Chewww and i went mad in that shop, trying on heels after heels. it is our secret hiding place, heh heh. we scoured every single inch of Far East yesterday, turning at every corner and managed to find a lot of good shops hidden in all the nooks and crannies. spent like 4 hrs just exploring Far East, cos i realized that every time i go there i always go back to the same old shops. wanna get shoes? go to Far East. it is practically like The Battle of The Shoes there, man. shops are slashing their prices left right front back centre like nobody's business. i was so tempted to bring back like another 3 pairs of shoes, except my cupboard can barely take the 30+ pairs already and all my poor shoes are being squashed together, plus Mother Ang would probably just start nagging again. but she did say the one pair i bought was not bad. :D
uhhh yes my addiction with shoes is not over like i thought it was. there is something abt a nice pair of heels that can make a person, or namely, me, weak at the knees. although heels are obviously more uncomfortable. ok i promise the next time i buy shoes i will buy flats ok. whoever it is that is out with me next time when i'm buying shoes better remind me of this.
YESSSSSS. Man U lost to Westham!!!!!!!!!!! and Arsenal thrashed Everton 4-1!!!!!! i was in such a good mood and was delirious with happiness and andrenaline that i couldnt even sleep last night. see i told you Arsenal ROCKS ok. they deserve the title, yo. forget Walcott, forget Fabregas, Adebayor is THE man!!! ok, granted Eduardo was the one who scored the 1st 2 goals, but still. Eduardo reminds me of Micah/Mikah [??] in Heroes. and Arsene Wenger reminds me of Mr Bean.
Ronaldo was damn funny last night. he fell down cos someone pushed him and when the referee didnt give that person a yellow card Ronaldo sulked on the pitch ok! that was damn damn funny. and i cant believe he missed the penalty. too bad for them, but good for me and Arsenal of course, and the other hundreds of thousands of Arsenal fans across the globe.
but to be fair, in the 1st half Arsenal was like all over the place. esp Fabregas, dont know what the hell he was doing ok. anyhow pass one leh! i was screaming away at the TV, and that was at like 1 AM. haha.
anyway i saw the new timetable on the NY website already. not bad, without chinese and PW i end relatively early as compared to this yr. Monday end at 1.30 leh! and like this yr we have many many 1 hr breaks, yet no super long breaks like 2 and a half hr breaks just for chinese or something. woohoo!
but the bad thing is the stupid PE in the afternoon. that's the only bad thing. :D and because the stupid com is being all weird, i cant print my timetable out. gr.
seeing as how this may well be my last post for 2007, it is time for the annual review of the yr as usual!

- put on braces after waiting for a million yrs.
- spent 1st 3 mths in NY--met some nice and some irritating ppl.
- got back O levels results, did ok generally.
- decided to continue in NY--met some more nice and some more irritating ppl.
- became a TL in O2, probably gonna be one regret in my life.
- Strudel fell out of the kitchen window and broke both his hind legs--costing me almost all of my Bates pay.
- decided not to join the band in NY cos of my braces and went to join--gasp!--soccer instead. almost died there, but persevered.
- started to watch soccer matches on TV.
- somehow managed to become the QM of the girls' soccer team.
- managed to clear my 2.4 in 15 mins! a miracle has happened.
- managed to get a silver for NAPFA! another miracle has happened. [as you can tell by now i was not Sportswoman of the Year in the past. WAHAHA.]
- learnt a lot more abt friendships, and to cherish them a lot more than i did.
- studied as hard as i did in O levels for the promos, and i succeeded!
- stupid ipod screen spoilt just when the warranty was over. i think it is dying soon too.
- went to the MCR concert!! :DDDDDDDDD
- discovered that Sentosa was actually a fun place to go, and also discovered FrisRug.
- discovered that the Mind Cafe was also actually a fun place to go to, and discovered Halli Galli. :D
oh no i cant think of more. seems like so little happened in 2007. :x
It's so hard to say goodbye to yesterday.
